Rules & Terms

During the Nevada State-wide lock down, for an indeterminate amount of time, and at their discretion, Baldini’s Casino located in Sparks Nevada is going to host contests through their social media channels for the purpose of entertaining and rewarding their followers.

The games, prizes and value of prizes will vary and are the choice of Baldini’s and its representatives.

Methods of entry may vary per contest but will be disclosed in each Social Media post.

Entrants can enter as often as they want but only one entry per post, per day, or per immediate “Lockdown Loot Giveaway” will be counted.

Prize value varies but is less than $599.99.

Winners will be chosen as follows: Monday through Thursday winners will be chosen the following day by noon, Friday’s winners will be chosen the following Monday by noon.

Winners will be notified as follows: Winners will be notified through social media messaging systems. Baldini’s can not guarantee receipt of message being that it is a third party messaging system and we will have no other method of contacting Winners available to its staff and management. As a result It is the Winner’s responsibility to check and respond to said notification.

Receipt of Prize: Each Winner must provide to Baldini’s representatives a correct address for the prize to be sent to. All prizes will be purchased and delivered via third parties such as Amazon or other websites. It is understood by all parties that Prize delivery is not the responsibility of Baldini’s or its agents as they are purchasing and authorizing delivery from third party retailers. This system can cause prizes to be subject to delivery delays due to sellers of prizes, their handling time, or the delays from shipping partners or other delivery agents chosen by prize retailers. Should a prize not be received by the Winner, Baldini’s will make efforts to resolve the issue with the retailer and or supply a replacement Prize of equal value of Baldini’s choice.

In every instance possible, Baldini’s will attempt to share shipping information with the winners through communication channels available to them.

These contests nor the promotion in general are not open to current, active employees of Baldini’s Casino.
